Do you thrive on real-world troubleshooting, keeping commercial kitchens running, and being the trusted expert when the pressure is on?

Ace Service Co. is looking for experienced hot-side commercial cooking equipment technicians who are comfortable working independently in the field and handling real service calls. If you've built your skills through hands-on repair work, we've got the opportunity-and the perks-to match.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial cooking equipment including fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more
• Managing service calls independently from diagnosis through completion
• Delivering professional, high-quality service to commercial customers
• Communicating clearly with customers, dispatch, managers, and internal teams
• Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations
• Identifying additional service or repair opportunities while onsite
• Maintaining your service vehicle and managing parts inventory
• Completing required documentation and attending training sessions
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:
