3+ years of landscape installation experience preferred
Previous experience leading and managing crews required
Ability to read and execute landscape plans independently
Knowledge of grading, planting, hardscaping, irrigation, and landscape materials
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Professional communication skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to drive trucks and trailers
CDL is a plus

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise landscape installation crews
Read and execute landscape plans and construction drawings
Manage daily jobsite operations and crew productivity
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment needed for projects
Maintain communication with management and crews throughout the project
Train and mentor crew members
Enforce safety standards and proper equipment use
Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
Hold crew members accountable for quality, professionalism, and performance
Lead by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
