Experienced Commercial Painter
Location: Waukesha, WI (Field-Based; Travel to Commercial and Residential Project Sites)

What You'll Do
- Complete commercial interior and exterior painting projects in warehouses, offices, retail locations, industrial facilities, and other commercial buildings.
- Prepare surfaces for painting through sanding, patching, caulking, masking, priming, and related preparation work.
- Apply paints and coatings using brushes, rollers, and airless spray systems.
- Properly operate, clean, and maintain spray equipment, pumps, tools, and other painting equipment.
- Complete work according to project requirements and Blair Commercial Painting quality standards.
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe while working efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with Crew Leads, Project Managers, customers, and other trade partners.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced painters when required.
- Follow company safety procedures and policies at all times.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional painting experience preferred.
- Previous experience completing commercial interior and exterior painting work.
- Strong understanding of surface preparation methods and proper coating application.
- Experience working with airless spray equipment and other professional painting tools.
- Ability to work independently while consistently producing high-quality results.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to craftsmanship.
- Comfortable working from ladders and at elevated heights.
- Ability to safely operate, or willingness to learn how to operate, scissor lifts and boom lifts reaching 60'+.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow project directions accurately.
- Dependable, honest, and motivated to continually improve your skills.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime when project needs require it.
- Experience with vinyl wall coverings, drywall finishing, specialty coatings, or industrial coatings is considered an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-Time, W-2 Employment
- Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, skill level, and performance
- Weekly pay
- 12 paid days off each year, including 7 major holidays and 5 personal days
- 401(k) plan with a 3% company match

Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Day shifts, typically 8 hours
- Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required depending on project schedules
