Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced Commercial Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, values safety, and can work independently or as part of a team.
Job Requirements
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems (water, waste, vent, gas)
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building plans
- Diagnose plumbing issues and perform efficient, code-compliant repairs
- Install fixtures, valves, piping, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, project managers, and clients
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Accurately document work performed and materials used
Qualifications- 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
- Valid plumbing license or journeyman card (as required by state/local regulations)
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and codes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with new construction and/or commercial service work
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Salary
$72,000 - $100,000 (annually)
