About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of commercial pools and spas.
- Monitor water chemistry and adjust chemicals as needed to maintain safe levels.
- Inspect pool equipment and report any repairs or replacements required.
- Ensure compliance with local and state health regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any concerns.
- Document maintenance activities and service records accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in training new team members on pool maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial pool maintenance experience.
- Valid Florida Pool/Spa Service Contractor License preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pool chemistry and maintenance best practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
