Job Title: Commercial Roofing Crew Member Start Date: Immediately Salary Range: $24.00 - $38.00 (Hour DOE)

Essential Functions

• Prepare, maintain, and clean job sites to ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Measure, cut, and install commercial roofing and sheet metal systems to company standards.
• Install TPO, EPD, PVC, metal panels, flashing, trim, coping, soffit, fascia, and related components.
• Safely use, maintain, and manage tools, equipment, and materials.
• Arrive on time, ready to work, and communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and professional conduct standards.

Required Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience

• 1-3 years experience in construction or roofing preferred.
• OSHA 10 hour training minimum or ability to obtain.
• Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program.
• Able to obtain security clearance on military job sites (Preferred).
• Travel, Weekends, and Overtime are required based on project schedules.
• Ability to perform elevated work, work on rooftops, heights.
• Bending, kneeling, walking, lifting, carrying up to 75lbs Daily.
• Outdoor environment in all types of weather, 8 hours per day.
• Valid transportation required to report to job sites.
