Experienced Laborers work alongside Project Managers, Lead Carpenters, and trade partners to assist with site prep, demolition, material handling, cleanup, and light carpentry tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, values teamwork, and wants to be part of a company that cares deeply about people, process, and the homes we are entrusted to improve.

At Terra Nova, we believe every home has a story, and this role helps build the next chapter by creating safe, organized, and productive jobsites while living out our core values of belonging, relationships, helping, and trust.
