Boeing's Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team is currently seeking an Experienced Contract Maintenance Analyst to join the East Maintenance team in Orangeburg, SC.

In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a strategic partner supporting site facilities operations through contract oversight, stakeholder collaboration and operational analysis. This position works closely with facilities management partners and cross-functional teams to drive performance, strengthen partnerships and support business-critical initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and lead relationships with our supplier and our site business partners

  • Collect and use best practices across GREF, our existing supply chain and external benchmark operations

  • Leverage lessons learned and standards from facilities projects in operational aviation, manufacturing, materials testing laboratories and a range of office environments

  • Perform risk identification, planning and mitigation planning; monitor critical contracts to determine compliance

  • Initiate capture plans for all service escalations and improvement opportunities, defining strategies and solutions

  • Communication and influence among multiple stakeholder levels (e.g. internal business partners, service end users, peers, senior and executive management, and suppliers)

  • Facilitate team relationships to ensure thorough understanding of organization's needs, requirements, and continuous

  • Responsible for local oversight of site based Integrated Facility Management Agreement

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)

  • 3+ years of experience partnering & working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification

  • 5+ years of experience in program management and/or financial management/analysis

  • 5+ years of experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive level management

  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

  • 3+ years of experience in working with project finances

  • 3+ years of experience with project management or construction management

  • 3+ years of experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System

  • Experience with contract management, invoice management/reconciliation, and vendor management

  • Experience with Facilities Operations or Facilities Management

Summary Pay Range: $94,350 - $127,650
