Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews
Process endorsements, payments, and policy updates
Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
Support client retention and satisfaction efforts
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Identify opportunities to help clients with additional insurance needs
Requirements
Insurance agency experience preferred
Property & Casualty License
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
