What were looking for:


Prior customer service or insurance experience preferred

Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Document each customer contact in CRM.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Take premium payments from customers.

Requirements
  • Active Texas Property & Casualty license preferred; Life & Health license is a plus
  • Bring a positive, high-energy attitude that creates a great customer experience
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through consistently
  • Confident working independently while staying aligned with team goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (attention to detail matters)
  • Resourceful problem-solver who can think quickly and deliver solutions
