Dental Practice ManagerFolsom, CA | Private Family Dental PracticeWe are a well-established and thriving private family dental practice in Folsom, CA, and we are looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our team.We're looking for someone who is positive, patient-focused, organized, and motivated to help lead the practice while supporting both our patients and team.What You'll Be Responsible ForOversee the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the practiceEnsure office policies, procedures, and protocols are followedMonitor and manage Accounts ReceivablePresent treatment plans, explain financial policies, and discuss payment options with patientsProcess and follow up on insurance claimsIdentify ways to improve office efficiency, productivity, and overall workflowEnsure OSHA, safety, and hygiene standards are maintainedLead staff meetings, trainings, and daily huddlesReview schedules for errors or inconsistencies and work with the team to make adjustmentsManage schedule blocking and unblocking to maximize productivityMonitor unscheduled treatment and ensure patients receive timely follow-upHelp motivate the team through goals and office challengesConduct team check-ins and assist with annual performance evaluationsSupport the team with other duties as neededWhat We're Looking For3+ years of dental office experience preferredExperience working across multiple areas of a dental practicePrevious management or leadership experience is a plus2- or 4-year degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field preferred, but not requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable making decisions and finding solutions independentlyPatient-focused and team-orientedProfessional, dependable, and positive attitudeMotivated to help the practice and team reach their goalsFlexible Monday–Friday availability, with hours generally falling between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM depending on the dayWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to take a leadership role in an established private family dental practice where you can make a direct impact on the patient experience, team culture, and day-to-day success of the office.If you're an experienced dental professional who enjoys leading a team and helping a practice thrive, we'd love to hear from you!
