We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Dental Receptionist to join our dental team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience, managing front desk operations, supporting patient billing processes, and ensuring smooth daily scheduling and patient flow.

The ideal candidate has prior dental office experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment. A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional patient care are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments
  • Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and appointment reminders
  • Verify and update patient information and insurance details
  • Collect co-payments, assist with patient billing, and process payments
  • Maintain accurate billing records and support insurance and account inquiries
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front office environment
  • Coordinate patient flow with clinical staff to ensure efficient scheduling
  • Handle patient concerns with professionalism and care
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience in a dental office
  • Experience with dental practice management software preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
