About the Role: Join Lawrenceville Family Dental Care as an Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in enhancing patient experiences. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about dental care and can communicate effectively with our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure a seamless patient experience.
Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and financial responsibilities.
Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-ups effectively.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Communicate with dental staff to ensure all patient needs are met.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
Support marketing efforts to attract new patients.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus, assisting in communication with Spanish-speaking patients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in Dentrix dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent; dental assisting certification is a plus.
Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly desirable.
Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
Must be a Team Player
