Experienced Dispatcher

Willard is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team! What You'll Do:

• Answer and prioritize emergency and non-emergency service calls

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for installations and repairs

• Maintain accurate customer records in our database

• Coordinate with field teams to troubleshoot service issues

• Ensure clear and timely communication between customers and technicians

• Play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in dispatch,  (required)

• Service Titan experience (required)
• Experience in plumbing dispatch preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a customer-first attitude

• Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software is a plus

Location: Richland Hills, TX (in office)

Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 annually 

· Hours: Full Time - Generally 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m, Monday–Friday.
