Location: Wayne, PA. We prefer candidates who are local or able to relocate, with hybrid flexibility available for the right candidate. Because this is primarily a litigation practice, attorneys handling court appearances and active litigation will need regular local availability. Fully remote arrangements may be considered for candidates focused primarily on high-level research, writing, file preparation, equitable distribution, or transactional work. Relocation assistance may be available.
Note: Candidates must be active members in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar and have at least 2+ years of attorney experience specifically handling divorce and family law matters.

Job Description
- Manage an active caseload involving divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support, adoption, and related family law matters.
- Counsel clients with professionalism, empathy, and clear strategic guidance throughout their cases.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Research Pennsylvania family law, local rules, and relevant case law.
- Represent clients at conferences, hearings, negotiations, and trials.
- Manage discovery timelines, prepare responses, and keep matters moving efficiently toward resolution.
- Communicate promptly with clients and provide consistent updates regarding case strategy and developments.
- Maintain organized case files, deadlines, and billable-hour expectations.
- Participate in CLEs, Bar Association activities, professional conferences, and other opportunities to strengthen your practice.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
- 2+ years of divorce and family law attorney experience.
- Experience drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and representing clients in family law proceedings.
- Strong legal writing, research, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines independently.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and standard legal technology.
