Hiring Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in the Philadelphia area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with IDD
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed
- Support community participation and social engagement
- Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful environment
- Follow individualized care plans and document services provided
- Communicate effectively with team members and family/support staff
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) required
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass background checks and clearances
- Strong communication and caregiving skills
- Dependable, patient, and professional attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or behavioral health experience
- Experience with community-based support services
