Pay: $23.00/hour
Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday)
Location: Waukesha, WI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Experienced Electrical Assembler for our manufacturing client in Waukesha, WI to start immediately at $23+ per hour, based on experience. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret prints, harness drawings, and work instructions
• Build first articles and write work instructions
• Strip wires, remove cable jackets, crimp terminals, and insert terminals into connectors
• Solder wires, tie-wrap, and assemble electromechanical subassemblies
• Utilize hand and power tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and soldering irons
• Assemble box builds, control panels, and wiring harnesses
• Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
• Work seated or standing, with bending as needed

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading blueprints and harness drawings
• Able to read a ruler and count accurately
• Ability to distinguish colors
• Prior experience in wire stripping, crimping, and soldering
• Reliable transportation and safety consciousness for first-shift work
