Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5 pm (with 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Pay Scale: $25 - $28 per hour, depending on experience
Position Summary: Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes and company standards. Deliver high-quality workmanship and a positive customer experience on every job.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Minimum of 3 years' electrical experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
