Experienced Electroplater (1st, 2nd or 3rd Shifts)
Westfield Electroplating Company (WEPCO) is looking for a skilled, experienced electroplater to join our team. We currently have openings on all three shifts (1st, 2nd & 3rd). Qualified candidates should possess solid knowledge of electroplating techniques and processes.
Join the WEPCO team and earn a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus, paid as follows:
- $500 – 2nd paycheck
- $1,000 – After 6 months of employment
- $1,000 – After 1 year of employment
Applicants must be familiar with industry processes and standards. Good verbal and written communication skills are required. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of electroplating processes
- 2+ years of electroplating experience preferred
- Ability to use micrometers to verify thicknesses
- Competency in basic math and the ability to calculate the surface area of standard shapes
- Ability to handle delicate parts without causing damage
- Ability to understand basic blueprints and drawings
- Strong willingness and ability to read, learn, and follow established processes and procedures
Pay Rate & Benefits
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus
- $500 on the employee's 2nd paycheck
- $1,000 after 6 months of employment
