Executive Assistant Opportunity
In-office position in Dunwoody.
Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing insurance and financial advisory practice. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth business operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and helping manage internal team communication and accountability.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is strongly preferred.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonuses tied to efficiency, follow-up outcomes, and operational support metrics
Responsibilities
- Follow up daily on pending insurance policies, underwriting cases, and application statuses
- Liaise with carriers and back-office teams to ensure timely approvals
- Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and confirm meetings
- Monitor and organize the executive's email inbox, flagging key action items and responding when appropriate
- Track the progress and tasks of newly hired advisors
- Coordinate weekly follow-ups with staff and internal team members
- Prepare reminders, agendas, and task lists for internal meetings
- Assist with document organization, digital filing, and CRM updates
- Create simple reports or summaries related to advisor onboarding, policy status, or task completion
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage follow-ups
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms (Redtail, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or advisor support is a plus
- Self-starter who is resourceful and takes initiative
