Executive Assistant opportunity, in-office, in Dunwoody. Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing insurance and financial advisory practice. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth business operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and helping manage internal team communication and accountability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is strongly preferred. Compensation • Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 (based on experience) • Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonuses tied to efficiency, follow-up outcomes, and operational support metrics Responsibilities: • Follow up daily on pending insurance policies, underwriting cases, and application statuses • Liaise with carriers and back-office teams to ensure timely approvals • Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and confirm meetings • Monitor and organize the executive's email inbox, flagging key action items and responding when appropriate • Track the progress and tasks of newly hired advisors • Coordinate weekly follow-ups with staff and internal team members • Prepare reminders, agendas, and task lists for internal meetings • Assist with document organization, digital filing, and CRM updates • Create simple reports or summaries related to advisor onboarding, policy status, or task completion • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed Qualifications: • Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar support role • Strong organizational and time management skills • High attention to detail and ability to manage follow-ups • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms (Redtail, Salesforce, etc.) • Experience in insurance, financial services, or advisor support is a plus • Self-starter who is resourceful and takes initiative Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
