About the Role: Join DEHEN PAINTING SERVICES LLC as an Experienced Painter in Portland, OR, where your skills will be valued. We are looking for passionate professionals to deliver high-quality painting solutions for residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding.
Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes.
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Inspect and maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations.
Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of professional painting experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Licensed and insured painters preferred.
