    Experienced F/I Manager | High-Volume Dealership

    • Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

    What You'll Do

    • Partner with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to structure and finalize retail and lease transactions.
    • Present financing, leasing, extended warranty, insurance, and vehicle protection products clearly and compliantly.
    • Secure approvals through lender relationships, accurate deal submission, and follow-up.
    • Manage multiple deals in a high-volume dealership while maintaining speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
    • Complete contracts, disclosures, funding documents, and required deal paperwork in accordance with dealership, lender, state, and federal requirements.
    • Maintain current knowledge of lender programs, finance products, dealership policies, and regulatory requirements.
    • Drive finance gross, product penetration, funding efficiency, and overall department performance.
    • Build customer trust through transparent recommendations, accurate information, and a professional delivery process.

    What You'll Bring

    • Previous automotive F&I experience required
    • Proven success in a high-volume dealership
    • Strong understanding of automotive finance products, lender relations, and deal structure
    • Strong finance results while maintaining full compliance
    • Confidence working with customers, sales teams, lenders, and leadership
    • A team-first mindset with the drive to push department success forward
    • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
