The Role

We are hiring an experienced fabricator to join the team full-time. This is a hands-on role working closely with the Shop Manager to build custom projects from fabrication through installation.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication and assembly of custom millwork and exhibit components
• Reading and executing from shop drawings
• Working with precision tools and premium materials
• Supporting and leading installs as required
• Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
• Collaborating with a skilled team to deliver exceptional finished products

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in custom millwork or cabinetry
• Install experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to confidently read shop drawings
• Professional, reliable, accountable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Application

• $25+ per hour
• Full-time position
• Lower Mainland, BC
