The Legal Assistant will support attorneys with administrative tasks, prepare legal documents, manage schedules, coordinate communication between parties, maintain case files, conduct research, and assist with various aspects of legal case management.ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys with administrative tasks.Prepare legal documents and manage case files.Coordinate communication between parties and with courts.Manage attorneys' schedules and appointments.Conduct legal research using available tools.Assist with overall litigation case management.QualificationsStrong knowledge and understanding of the law and experience in legal assisting.Family law experience preferred.Proficiency in legal document preparation and case file management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, attorneys, and court officials.Administrative assistance expertise, including scheduling, filing, and office organization.Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle confidential information.Proficiency in legal research tools and office software preferred.Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification is a plus.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionLegalIndustriesLaw Practice#J-18808-Ljbffr
