Experienced Fine Dining Upscale Server / Bartender

FINE DINING SERVERS & BARTENDERS are at the heart of coordinating orders from the guests, as well as serving our delicious food menu & libations, while providing friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing and concerns or special requests.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance dining experience.
• Process payments with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Clean and prepare the dining areas and bar.

​Experience:

• FINE DINING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
• WINE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
• Previous experience in server role required (2 years).
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and service standards.
• Ability to build rapport with guests.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Resy and Toast is a plus!
