Experienced Flat Roofer / Shingler / Roofing Laborer
We are hiring experienced roofing professionals for immediate work in the Lancaster area. We are looking for dependable flat roofers, shinglers, and laborers with hands-on roofing experience who are ready to work, show up consistently, and be part of a team that values reliability and production.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Flat roofing experience
- Shingle roofing experience
- Roofing labor experience with some hands-on jobsite knowledge
- Ability to work hard in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to safely use roofing tools, climb ladders, and work at heights
- Someone who lives reasonably close to the job area
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install and repair flat roofing systems
- Install shingles, underlayment, flashing, and other roofing materials
- Tear off old roofing materials
- Load, unload, and move materials around the jobsite
- Assist roofers and crew leaders with daily roofing tasks
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Follow jobsite directions and safety procedures
- Show up ready to work and contribute to the crew
Requirements
- Experience with flat roofs, shingles, or general roofing labor
- Basic knowledge of roofing materials and tools
- The ability to work efficiently as part of a crew
- A solid work history and good attitude
- A location close enough to stay committed long-term
