Key Responsibilities:

• Perform specialized floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and maintaining various types of flooring.
• Utilize industry-standard techniques and equipment for carpet care, including shampooing, deep cleaning, and stain removal.
• Occasionally undertake detailed janitorial cleaning assignments.
• Maintain equipment, storage areas, and cleaning supplies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free environment.
• Work flexibly across different schedules and shifts based on company needs.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in floor and carpet care is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and capability to perform manual tasks.

• Valid drivers license and a good driving record.
