Requirements (Must Have):
- ️ Established flooring installation experience (Carpet, Vinyl, Tile, Hard Surface)
- ️ Registered business (SunBiz in Florida or equivalent)
- ️ General Liability + required insurance coverage
- ️ Own truck/van and professional tools
- ️ Ability to pass background check
- ️ Professional communication with customers (English)
Preferred (or willing to obtain):
- LEAD LLRP & LEAD Firm certifications
- Worker’s Comp or exemption
