Flexx Workforce is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for industrial/shop environments. This is not a basic warehouse or pallet-moving position. We need someone who is comfortable moving large pipe, steel, heavy materials, and awkward/oversized loads safely and accurately.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a forklift in an industrial/shop setting
Move large pipe, steel, and heavy equipment
Load and unload trucks with precision
Work around welders, fitters, and shop personnel
Maintain a safe and organized work area

Proven forklift experience required
Experience moving large pipe, steel, or heavy industrial materials preferred
Ability to handle oversized and uneven loads safely
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and safety awareness
Must be dependable and able to show up on time
Benefits
Pay:
$18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
