We're looking for experienced line cooks who are passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and take pride in executing dishes at a high level.
What You'll Do- Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Work assigned stations (grill, sauté, pantry, etc.) with efficiency and precision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are followed
- Assist with prep work and daily kitchen setup/breakdown
- Communicate effectively with chefs and team members during service
- Support banquet and special event execution as needed
What You Bring- 2+ years of line cook experience, preferably in a fine dining or upscale environment restaurant or private club
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety practices
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
