Experienced Furniture Sprayers

Nesco Resource is hiring for (2) Experienced Furniture Sprayers for a local Client in Hickory, NC

Experienced Furniture Sprayers apply stains, sealers, paints, lacquers, and other finishes to furniture products while maintaining high-quality standards and production goals. Position REQUIRES 1 YEAR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply stains, sealers, toners, paints, and topcoats to furniture components and finished products.
• Operate spray equipment, including HVLP and conventional spray guns.
• Match colors and finishes to specifications.
• Prepare surfaces through sanding and inspection.
• Perform touch-ups and minor finish repairs.
• Mix finishing materials and maintain spray equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Meet quality and production standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous furniture spraying or wood finishing experience required.
• Knowledge of stains, lacquers, paints, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to color match and identify finish defects.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to read work instructions and specifications.
• Reliable attendance and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
