Description
General Summary:We are a licensed Cultivation Facility seeking an experienced General Maintenance Technician to start right away. General electrical, plumbing, dry wall experience is a plus! Forklift certification highly desirable. This is position is located in Arleta, CA. We are looking for a trusted long term individual who can perform all duties and carry certs. This is a non-union position.
Duties will include:
Heavy electrical and plumbing
General Construction labor
Irrigation
Other duties that fall under general labor
Essential Functions of the job:
General knowledge of low voltage wiring.
Plumbing PVC, ABS, CPVC and Irrigation.
Drywall, concrete, painting and sanding.
Uni-strut installation and all thread placement (for A/C install)
General knowledge of hardware (proper names, sizing of all needed screws, nuts, bolts etc)
General wood working skills.
Familiarity with power tools (sawzall, skill saw, table saw, band saw, chop saw etc)
Ability to weld, is a plus but not a necessity.
3-5 years minimum of hands on experience.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age
Pass a background check
Experience in Electrical and Plumbing
Reliable Transportation
3+ years of Experience
Benefits:
Medical, Dental and Vision after 90 days of employment
$70-75k salary depending on experience
