Our 10,000 sq ft showroom and factory carries one of the largest in-stock inventories in the region, featuring trusted FR brands such as Ariat FR, Bulwark, Carhartt FR, FlameRwear, Lapco, Workrite, Wrangler FR, and Viking FR.The Job – Experienced Tajima Operators OnlyWe need a skilled, production-ready Tajima operator who can hit the ground running.(No beginners or trainees – you must already be proficient on Tajima multi-head machines.)ScheduleMonday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM(Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off)What You'll DoIndependently set up and operate Tajima multi-head machines (TMEZ/TFMX series)Hoop FR shirts, coveralls, jackets, caps, bags, etc.Load and run designs created in Wilcom softwarePerform color changes, thread trimming, and minor troubleshootingRead pick tickets, scan orders, and produce perfect logos, names, and patchesConsistently hit daily production and quality targetsKeep machines clean and perform daily/weekly maintenanceRequired ExperienceMinimum 1–2 years hands-on experience operating Tajima multi-head embroidery machinesComfortable receiving and running designs created in Wilcom (you do NOT need to digitize – just load, assign colors, and run)Fast, accurate hooping on a variety of garmentsSolid understanding of thread tension, stitch quality, and common fixesExcellent attention to detail and speedPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for entire shift and lift up to 20 lbsCompensation & Benefits$17–$19/hr based on proven speed and skillPaid holidays after 6 monthsMedical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match after 1 yearPTO accrual starts after 1 yearClean, air-conditioned shopFamily-oriented company with growth opportunitiesCompany Description Flame Retardant Clothing Factory and Distributor Company Description Flame Retardant Clothing Factory and Distributor
