Up Close Inspections is a home inspection company serving the Cleveland/North Royalton, Ohio area. We're growing our real estate agent relationships and streamlining operations through better marketing automation and CRM systems. We're looking for a GoHighLevel representative to manage our GHL platform day to day.


About the Role


We need a reliable, U.S.-based GHL representative to work our CRM pipeline, manage opportunities, and make sure all our GHL systems and automations are running correctly. This isn't just task execution — you'll need to understand how our workflows are built well enough to catch problems, keep things running smoothly, and flag or fix issues before they affect agents or clients. This is an ongoing engagement built around a flat monthly retainer, not hourly billing, so consistency and follow-through matter more than clocked hours.


The first 60–90 days will serve as a working trial period to confirm fit and scope before the engagement becomes long-term.


Strong, consistent communication is essential for this role. You should be reachable and responsive throughout the day — this isn't a role where you disappear for stretches and check in once a day. If something breaks or a question comes up, we need to be able to reach you and get a timely response.


What You'll Do

• Work opportunities within the CRM pipeline — move leads and agent relationships through stages, follow up as needed, keep the pipeline accurate and current
• Monitor and maintain all GHL automations (workflows, triggers, tagging) to make sure everything is firing correctly; catch and fix breakdowns before they cause problems
• Run and adjust email/SMS nurture campaigns for two core audiences: referral agents and past clients
• Keep domain authentication and deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) healthy and troubleshoot issues as they come up
• Maintain integrations between GHL and our inspection scheduling software (Spectora) via Zapier, and flag anything that breaks
• Maintain Google Business Profile and reputation management workflows within GHL
• Train our office assistant on GHL — she must come away able to competently handle routine tasks and provide backup support
• Document your work clearly — screenshots and/or short video walkthroughs for anything you build or change
• Maintain and update SOPs for GHL processes as systems evolve
• Communicate proactively on system health, progress, and anything that needs attention

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience working inside GoHighLevel — pipelines, opportunities, workflows, automations (not just familiarity — production experience required)
• Enough understanding of how GHL systems are built to recognize when something's broken or off, not just execute a task list
• Experience with Zapier or similar integration tools is a plus
• Reliable and consistent — this role runs on a flat retainer, so follow-through matters more than clocked hours
• Highly communicative and responsive throughout the day — quick to answer questions and flag issues as they come up
• Able to effectively train others; you'll be responsible for training our office assistant to competently handle routine GHL tasks
• Clear, professional written communication
• U.S.-based required
• Prior experience with home services, real estate, or local service-business marketing is a plus, not required

Engagement Details

• 1099 independent contractor
• $2,000/month flat retainer (approx. 15–20 hrs/week expected)

• Remote, U.S.-based, flexible hours with reasonable overlap for check-ins
• Ongoing relationship expected — this is not a single-project engagement
