This leadership role will take you all over the country travel expenses paid MUST LIVE IN THE MIDDLE TN AREA
Description
Manage and supervise crews daily
Leading and handling routine repairs and installation on gutters
Keeping track of equipment and material for inventory purposes
Install all gutters guards and downspouts as well as keeping the truck organized
Running the setup of operating fabricating machines to cut using shears hammers or drills
Climb kneel crawl and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing when needed
Complete removal of existing gutter and reinstall
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
Availability to consistently travel throughout the U.S.
1-3 years of roofing andor gutter installation a must
Ability to measure and cut materials for installation
Leading the team to be more efficient in the field
Valid drivers license in good standing
Experience driving a box truck
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
