We’re seeking an experienced stylist who is passionate about lived-in color, dimensional blondes, balayage, and creating healthy, beautiful hair that lasts.

What You’ll Do

• Specialize in lived-in blondes, balayage, dimensional color, highlights, glossing, and precision cutting.
• Provide customized consultations and create long-term color maintenance plans.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences that build lasting relationships and client loyalty.
• Stay current with advanced coloring techniques and industry trends.
• Recommend professional home care to support the longevity and health of every service.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Cosmetology License.
• 3+ years Behind the chair experience required..
• Passion for lived-in color, blonding, balayage, and healthy hair practices.
• Strong consultation and communication skills.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire for continued education and growth.
