What You’ll Do- Specialize in lived-in blondes, balayage, dimensional color, highlights, glossing, and precision cutting.
- Provide customized consultations and create long-term color maintenance plans.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences that build lasting relationships and client loyalty.
- Stay current with advanced coloring techniques and industry trends.
- Recommend professional home care to support the longevity and health of every service.
Qualifications- Massachusetts Cosmetology License.
- 3+ years Behind the chair experience required..
- Passion for lived-in color, blonding, balayage, and healthy hair practices.
- Strong consultation and communication skills.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire for continued education and growth.
