Handyman - General Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled, dependable Handyman to join our team full-time in the Austin area. You will be performing a wide range of interior and exterior repairs and maintenance across commercial properties. This is a hands-on role where your craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail will directly impact our customers and our reputation.

What We're Looking For

• Interior and exterior repairs and maintenance on commercial properties

• Carpentry, framing, trim, doors, and cabinetry

• Drywall installation, patching, and finishing

• Interior and Exterior Painting

• General property maintenance and punch-list repairs

• Accurately assess job sites and report findings, estimation

• Communicate professionally with clients on-site

• handyman or general contracting work (commercial)

• Drywall, and painting

• Must own and bring your own tools to every job

• Must have a reliable personal truck or work vehicle

• Strong communication skills, field-to-office reporting is critical in our workflow

• Self-motivated with a high standard of quality and accountability

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
