What You'll Do
General home repairs (drywall, carpentry, minor plumbing, minor electrical)
Door and hardware installation
Fixture replacements
Punch list / property management repairs
Bathroom and safety modifications (grab bars, railings, etc.)
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
5+ years of handyman or skilled trades experience
Must own a reliable truck or van
Must have own basic tools
Ability to pass background check
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable and professional attitude
Preferred Skills
Carpentry experience
Light plumbing
Light electrical
Tile or trim work
Experience working in occupied homes
Compensation
$25-35 per hour depending on experience and skill level.
Higher pay available for Lead-level candidates.
