We are a busy, growing Irish-American steak and seafood restaurant looking for an experienced, hardworking Head Chef who is passionate about great food and takes pride in running a clean, organized, high-quality kitchen.

Our menu includes steaks, fresh seafood, burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, and other classic American favorites.

We are looking for someone who is not afraid to work alongside the kitchen team, lead by example, and take ownership of food quality and kitchen operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Passionate about cooking and great food
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Hands-on chef who is willing to cook and work the line when needed
• Strong leadership skills and ability to train, motivate, and maintain a professional kitchen team
• Able to maintain consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation
• Experience with grill, steaks, seafood, pizza, sandwiches, and high-volume kitchens is a plus
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant
• Organized and able to keep the kitchen clean and running smoothly
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Reliable, responsible, and able to handle the pressure of a busy kitchen

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Maintain high standards for food quality, taste, consistency, and presentation
• Prepare and cook food during busy service
• Ensure proper food preparation, storage, sanitation, and cleanliness
• Monitor food inventory, prep levels, and waste
• Help control food costs and portion sizes
• Work closely with management to improve kitchen efficiency and the guest experience
• Lead by example and create a positive, hardworking team environment
