Heavy Diagnostic/Repair Mechanic (Experienced) – Full Benefits, Great Culture, Steady Work!

What You’ll Do:
Repair and maintain striping and traffic control equipment, motors, and machinery
Perform routine maintenance like lubricating parts and replacing spark plugs
Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure everything is serviced and ready for daily use
Conduct truck and power equipment repairs
Identify and correct potential hazards to keep everything running safely
What They're Looking For:
1-2 years of experience (or trade school equivalent)
Diagnostic knowledge and experience
Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
Ability to work with a team & communicate effectively
Experience with repairing and maintaining vehicles & equipment
Focus on safety and attention to detail
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to operate hand and power tools
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Own basic tools (Company will assist with specialty tools if needed)
