Negoshian's is looking to add to the team! We are looking for a experienced diesel mechanic. 

Requirements:
  • Pass a pre employment drug test and random drug tests 
  • Must have own tools, required
  • Certified in brakes
  • Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS B,
    preferred but not required 
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Process and tracks repair orders
  • OEM Certifications, licenses, and registrations preferred
  • Certified in Air Brake adjustments
  • Heavy & Light duty truck experience 
  • Trailer experience helpful preferred but not required 
  • Cummins engines preferred 
Responsibilities:
  • Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties
  • Performs standard vehicle maintenance
  • Performs standard component inspections and repairs
  • Performs preventive maintenance
  • Diagnoses electronic problems, utilizing diagnostic computer when applicable
  • Identifies root cause of basic failures/conditions and perform repairs as required
  • Repairing and troubleshooting major components such as engines, transmissions and differentials, including replacing complete assemblies, turbochargers, fuel system components, etc.
  • Interacts with customers/drivers to properly determine nature of complaint once assigned a task
  • Works in accordance with all federal, state, & company compliance guidelines (i.e., safety, DOT)
  • Performs other support duties as required to support operations
  • Experience using all tools of the trade (including welding equipment, diagnostic equipment, and hand/power tools) 
Physical Requirements:
  • Required to move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended length of time throughout their scheduled working period.
  • Required to use their hands on a routine and daily basis to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel, and/or otherwise operate required tools or controls.
  • Willing to work in all weather conditions
  •  Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs
