Experienced Home Care Aide (HCA)

With Home Care is hiring compassionate, reliable Home Care Aides to support seniors and adults in their own homes. Our mission is to enrich the lives of individuals in need by providing home care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being — and we're looking for caregivers who take that seriously.

Schedule: Part-time

Areas served: Newport Beach

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and peri care
• Safe transfers, mobility support, and fall prevention
• Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery/errand assistance
• Medication reminders (non-medical care only)
• Companionship and engagement, including care for clients living with dementia
• Document care provided and report changes in client condition to the office

Requirements

• Active California Home Care Aide Registry listing with a valid PER ID number — please include your PER ID with your application
• Minimum [1–2] year(s) of paid caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, memory care, or SNF)
• Current TB clearance and background check clearance (Live Scan)
• Valid government-issued ID and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and walk throughout a shift
• Professional, dependable, and able to communicate clearly with clients, families, and office staff

Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification, dementia care experience, Korean speaking
