About the Role: Confidential Home Dialysis company looking for an experienced Home Dialysis Maintenance Nurse to join our dedicated full-time team in Riverview, FL. Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor home dialysis patients, including peritoneal dialysis (PD) and home hemodialysis (HHD) programs
Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and adjust treatment protocols as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on dialysis procedures, equipment operation, and infection control practices
Perform routine home visits to evaluate patient progress, compliance, and overall well-being
Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with regulatory and company standards
Troubleshoot dialysis equipment issues and coordinate with technical support as necessary
Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Florida (required)
Minimum 2+ years of dialysis nursing experience (home dialysis experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of peritoneal dialysis and/or home hemodialysis protocols
Current CPR/BLS certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits in the Riverview, FL area
Excellent patient education, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload with minimal supervision
