Before each job, you'll receive the service details, customer notes, and cleaning expectations through our app.
By accepting a service request, you agree to:
- You agree to arrive within a customers scheduled arrival window fully prepared to complete the service
- Provide professional cleaning supplies and equipment needed to complete the contracted service
- Review the agreed scope of work and complete the contracted service
- Treat the customers home with care, respect and professionalism
- Promptly communicate with Berry Swift Cleaning regarding any questions or issues that may impact the contracted service
