What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Certification
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of ductwork, airflow, and residential system design
- Experience installing gas furnaces, electric systems, heat pumps, and refrigerant-based equipment
- Understanding of local codes, safety standards, and installation best practices
- Familiarity with low-voltage wiring and system startup procedures
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor less experienced team members
- NATE Installation Certification preferred or ability to obtain within one year
What You'll Do
- Install residential heating and cooling systems
- Set and connect furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment
- Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards
- Train and support junior installers on job sites
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Deliver a positive customer experience from start to finish
