Experienced HVAC Installer

We are looking for an experienced HVAC installer to join our team and help deliver the high-quality work our customers expect. Pay: $25-$37/hour DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM until job completion (typically between 3:00-5:00 PM)What You'll Do:Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, etc.)Read and interpret blueprints, job layouts, and technical manualsEnsure all installations meet code requirements and company standardsCommunicate clearly with customers, team members, and project managersMaintain a clean and safe worksiteWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experienceValid driver's license and clean driving recordEPA Certification (required)HVAC trade school or equivalent experience preferredStrong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and commitment to customer satisfactionWhat You Can Expect:Dedicated install manager helps coordinate jobs between sales and install teams for smoother scheduling and better job flowLocally owned and operatedSupportive team environmentPaid holidays and PTO401K with company match after 1 yearUniforms and continuing education/training providedBecome a Neighbor You Can Count On. Paid Ride-Along Opportunity Not sure if it's the right fit?
