Location: Charleston, SC
Pay Range: $27.00-$40.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8AM - 5PM | Overtime Available

What You'll Do
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems to company standards
- Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality
- Test, start up, and verify proper system operation
- Train and mentor less experienced team members as needed
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on every job

Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
- NATE Certification is a plus
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and low-voltage wiring
- Ability to test, balance, and troubleshoot installed systems
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to lift equipment and perform physically demanding work
