Compensation

• Hourly pay ranging from $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience
• Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates

Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time (Overtime and occasional weekends as needed)

What You'll Do

• Install new residential heating and air conditioning systems as well as system changeouts
• Lead installations and support other team members on job sites
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and educate homeowners on their new system
• Represent the company with pride and a commitment to quality

What You Need

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
• EPA Certification (required) or ability to obtain within 90 days
• NATE Certification preferred
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
