Schedule Monday - Friday, full-time (Overtime available when you want it)
What You'll Do
- Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest standards
- Deliver a high-quality, professional experience to every customer on every job
- Work with gas pipe, refrigeration pipe, ductwork systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and more
- Test and balance systems, troubleshoot, and ensure every installation meets code
- Provide honest recommendations and solutions that benefit both the customer and the company
What You Need
- 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Proficient in installing gas pipe, refrigeration pipe, and ductwork systems
- Strong knowledge of refrigerant, gas & electric furnaces, heat pumps, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Universal EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Advanced customer service skills and a willingness to take on leadership roles
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing principles
